“We are opening the largest science center in Turkey and the first in the Mediterranean in Antalya. This place has become a gigantic science complex with its technological equipment, practical workshops, interactive exhibitions and library.” Varank said the center will provide hands-on workshop training in biology, chemistry, science, math, astronomy, robotics, coding, carpentry and design.

Emphasizing that young people will discover by observing, touching, hearing and trying, Varank said that through entertaining and effective trainings, young people will experience a sense of curiosity and develop original ideas from an early age.

“Let our young people be inspired by seeing and touching concrete achievements and products”

“On the campus of the weaving factory, where we are currently located, there is the Cemil Meriç Library, the Botanical Park, the City Museum, the Martyrs’ Museum, the Modern Art Gallery and the Museum of toy, in addition to the science center. In other words, with its culture, architecture and thematic configuration, this place is not only for our young people, but also for our young people from 7 to 77 years old. The best example in is BİLİMFEST, which brings together science enthusiasts of all ages. During this festival, dozens of science events, workshops and exhibitions, competitions, stage performances, entertaining science shows and family games await our citizens from all over the region. , TÜBİTAK, ASELSAN, HAVELSAN, ROKETSAN, TUSAŞ, TÜMOSAN, etc. striking shows of our pride Solo Türk and Turkish Stars in the sky. We also exhibit our domestic and national technology products, which are our pride to inspire n our youth, in the festival area. our youth is now a national project that has been stalled in the past. Emphasizing that success is a team game, Varank continued:

“Neither a good project, nor a hard-working student, nor a well-prepared program is ever enough to succeed. Teamwork brings success, the ecosystem brings it. However, if we work together, if we work together we will bring our country to the place it deserves, at the level of contemporary civilizations. We all have certain responsibilities in this team game. Dear families and teachers, the most critical task is yours. We must absolutely inculcate awareness of science and technology to our children. Instead of squeezing them into narrow molds, we must seek, find and extract the gem within them. Let them try and fail, soar , “We will give them the opportunity to make mistakes, and we will even lead them. We must prepare our children or students for beneficial sciences and successful endeavors that will serve all of humanity, not high positions or good salaries.”
