ARTICLE 1- Article 30 of the regulation of the Ministry of National Education on secondary education establishments published in the Official Journal of 09/07/2013 and numbered 28758 has been modified as follows.

“Transition from the Anatolian Professional Program to the Anatolian Technical Program

ARTICLE 30- (1) Students in the Anatolian Vocational Program who directly pass the 11th grade and have at least 70 arithmetic averages of the grade-end weighted pass points of the common 9th, 10th and 11th grade courses may apply for transition to the Anatolian technical program. The application and placement procedures are done through the e-School system within the framework of the principles and the enrollment calendar determined by the Ministry.

ARTICLE 2- The fifth paragraph of article 36 of the same regulation is modified as follows.

“(5) Pupils whose period of absence exceeds 10 days without excuse and 30 days in total are deemed to have failed regardless of their course results and their situation is reported in writing to their parents. The total number of absenteeism is 60, provided that the unjustified absence period does not exceed 10 days, pupils with special educational needs who continue their studies by full-time inclusion/integration, and pupils with special educational needs The total duration of absence is 70 days, provided that the period of unjustified absence does not exceed 20 days for students enrolled in vocational secondary schools. students cannot attend classes, except those who are absent, and their enrollment is transferred to the diploma program of the vocational training center if they wish.If these students wish, they can continue their study s at the grade level they left the previous school year in the following school year. Those who are not eligible for education are referred to Open Education High School, Vocational Open Education High School, Open Education Imam Hatip High School or Vocational Training Center and their registration is done. The period of absenteeism, with and without excuse, for the theoretical courses of the students of the vocational education centers cannot exceed one-sixth of the time required to attend during the school year, and the total of the paid holidays and unpaid that they can use in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 3308 on Vocational Education in Business. In cases where the total duration of absence within the framework of this paragraph may reach 60 days, the duration of absenteeism from theoretical courses may not exceed one third of the duration of the theoretical courses. The contracts of students who exceed the period of absenteeism are terminated and their insurance exits are carried out and their situation is reported in writing to their legal representative and to the company, and for those over 18, they are informed by writing. Pupils judged to be failing due to absenteeism and who have the right to study cannot attend classes and are prosecuted at the start of the next school year, provided that they sign a contract with a company. Those who are not entitled to education in the vocational education center and those who are subject to compulsory education are referred to Open Education High School, Open Education High School or Open Education Imam Hatip High School and their enrollment is done.

ARTICLE 3- The following paragraph has been added to Article 37 of the same regulation.

“(9) Among those who transferred or transferred from other types of schools/programs to the vocational training center program, students who were unable to sign a contract with a company within one month of the transfer and transition or whose contract was terminated within this period may not enter into a contract at the vocational training center if he applied within 5 working days Transfers and transitions from the school / program he is from are transferred to the school level that he left, regardless of the state of absenteeism and quota concerning the periods. student transitions under this paragraph may be made no more than once per academic year.

ARTICLE 4- The following paragraph has been added to provisional article 9 of the same regulations.

“(3) Students who transfer and transfer to a vocational training center program from other types of schools/programs during the 2021-2022 school year, regardless of absenteeism and quota , are transferred at the grade level of the school/program they are transferring from, until the last working day of the second week of May and it can pass.”

ARTICLE 5- This regulation comes into force on the date of its publication.
