“We are a 5-year-old company, but we are one of the first companies in this sector. The organic food industry is a relatively new industry in Turkey. When we opened our store, the industry hadn’t developed that much.

While doing our job, we try to produce both quality products and prices consistent with that quality. The prices of organic food products were more expensive than those of normal products, but that was the case in the past. The gap between them narrows over time. “CERTIFIED ORGANIC ICE CREAM
We design certified organic products that are not on the market. One of these certified organic products is the cone. We made the first certified organic cone in Turkey. The reason is that we have natural ice cream and it does not contain any additives. At the request of the customer, we have made our own certified organic cone.

All the products we design are made by our mother and aunt. We tell the things to use and they reveal the product. We ate the cone for two weeks while making the cone. We continued our experiments until obtaining the usual taste of the cones by using organic products. We have two food engineers who are with us. There’s a valuable team behind it,” he said.
“BABY FOOD OUR PRIORITY”
We mainly design baby food. Last week a mother told me that my child was allergic to wheat. We made gluten free tarhana from buckwheat on top. This product will be on the shelves in the next few days. We can also design non-allergenic vegetable-based foods suitable for babies. We brought out a tarhana without milk or egg. We also designed it for babies with milk allergies. The reason we removed this is a request from a mother whose child has a milk allergy… Since we have in-store production, we have the chance to try everything. A large factory would not have such a chance. Imagine a large factory producing kefir, the purchased machines can only produce kefir, but we can produce kefir, we can make yogurt. We have a shop and a flexible production infrastructure.

The biggest problem with organic food is the raw materials. Organic farming is limited. We have developed a project for this. We have created a colony where we gather growers with the study we call ECOLONI, a colony of ecological growers all over Turkey. Thus, we can safely supply certified products.

We have 600 pens at our disposal. In addition to our own brand, we also have products from different companies that produce organic products in our stores. We are also present in virtual markets such as Boyner, Trendyol and Hepsiburada. In addition, we export to Germany, the Netherlands and the United States.
